Health - Seminars



This offer is the result of the surprising fact how often restricted thinking and detailed knowledge are published without teaching enough background. This can easily lead to wrong understanding for non-experts. The seminars are suggested especially for general health constultants. But they are also available for health oriented people who are looking for different knowlegde and inspiration for their own.


My

goals and offer

:

  • definitions and understanding from a new point of view
  • recognising relations from different perspectives
  • showing common misapprehensions
  • teaching proven knowledge
  • broading the mind


The

main topics

are primary physical activity and secundary nutrition. Though I want to avoid setting limits to the mind by ignoring other aspects. Topics like stress management can have a great impact and will be included to the seminars.
But in single aspects I want to share my sport scientific point of view. On one side there is a holistic and unrestricted approach to the overall topic of health. On the other side there is my sport scientific background which is affecting the thinking about single aspects. This is the mixture which has great potential. Here I see the opportunity for participants with different backgrounds to profit by a new approach and exchange.
